Biotrax offers scheduled local pickup for prepared laboratory samples and onsite collection for applicable water-testing requests in Buffalo and surrounding Western New York areas.

Use our online appointment system to select the appropriate service and available appointment window. Email requests are also accepted when online scheduling is not practical or when the request requires additional coordination.

WHICH APPOINTMENT DO YOU NEED?

LOCAL SAMPLE PICKUP

Choose Local Sample Pickup when your samples have already been collected, labeled, packaged, and prepared for transportation to Biotrax.

Pickup may be appropriate for:

Food and beverage samples.
Ingredients and raw materials.
Finished products.
Environmental swabs.
Contact plates or air-settle plates.
Allergen samples.
Other applicable prepared laboratory samples.

Biotrax transports the prepared samples to the laboratory.

IMPORTANT: The pickup appointment does not include collection of food, product, environmental, or facility samples unless separate arrangements have been confirmed.

ONSITE WATER-SAMPLE COLLECTION

Choose Onsite Water Collection when a Biotrax team member needs to collect an applicable water sample at your facility or sampling location.

Collection may be available for applicable:

Potable water
Non-potable water
Wastewater
Process water
Facility or utility-water concerns

IMPORTANT: The water source, requested analysis, sampling location, certification requirements, and collection procedure should be confirmed before the appointment.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Online booking is the quickest way to request local sample pickup or onsite water collection.

When scheduling:

Select the correct appointment type.
Choose an available date and appointment window.
Provide your company and contact information.
Enter the pickup or collection address.
Describe the samples or water-testing request.
Include any access, parking, receiving, or site instructions.
Submit the appointment request and review the booking confirmation.

Appointment availability may depend on location, scheduling, sample requirements, holidays, and existing routes.

Submitting an appointment request schedules the collection service. It does not automatically establish the laboratory testing, create a TRAX order, or confirm that every submitted sample is suitable for the requested analysis.

For onsite water collection, make sure the sampling point is accessible and that the onsite contact knows when the collection is expected.
