DISCUSS YOUR TESTING NEEDS

Biotrax Testing Laboratory is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited laboratory established in 1997, specializing in environmental testing and food safety testing. We support organizations that rely on laboratory testing to evaluate products, production environments, water systems, quality programs, customer requirements, and address unexpected concerns. Clients choose Biotrax for defined testing requests, recurring schedules, ongoing quality programs, and thorough product or facility investigations.

EXPLORE FOOD & BEVERAGE TESTING

Our role is to help clarify the testing objective for environmental testing, establish appropriate sample-submission requirements for food safety testing, perform the requested laboratory testing responsibly, and communicate what the resulting data can and cannot establish. Current accreditation, scope, and water-certification documents are available for review through our Guidance Center.

WHY WE EXIST

Laboratory testing is rarely just about completing a test. A single result can significantly influence a product-release decision, sanitation program, supplier requirement, production schedule, quality investigation, or response to an unexpected concern. This is especially true in fields like environmental testing and food safety testing, where the stakes are high.

Biotrax exists to provide objective laboratory information and knowledgeable support behind those decisions. We perform testing in accordance with applicable methods and laboratory procedures, report what the submitted sample and resulting data support, and communicate any relevant limitations.

Our purpose is straightforward: to provide technically sound laboratory testing and clear information that clients can assess within the context of their products, processes, specifications, and quality programs.

WHAT WORKING WITH BIOTRAX LOOKS LIKE

Before Testing

Tell us what you are testing in terms of environmental testing or food safety testing, and what the results need to help you determine, verify, investigate, or document.

We can assist you in clarifying the relevant laboratory testing services, sample requirements, available options, and information needed before submission.

During Testing

Testing is performed according to the selected method and applicable laboratory procedures for environmental testing and food safety testing. If the sample condition, quantity, documentation, or requested analysis requires clarification, our team communicates with the appropriate client contact to ensure accurate laboratory testing.

After Results

Results are provided through the applicable reporting and client-portal processes related to environmental testing and food safety testing. Our team remains available to explain the methods performed, reporting units, laboratory terminology, and relevant limitations shown on the Biotrax report related to laboratory testing.

ONGOING PROGRAMS

Biotrax supports recurring testing schedules for environmental testing and ongoing quality programs, in addition to individual requests for food safety testing and laboratory testing.

Establishing consistent test orders, sample identification, submission requirements, and client contacts can help keep repeated testing organized over time, whether for routine, investigative purposes, or as part of an ongoing program. Our goal is to make the laboratory testing process clear, dependable, and easier to navigate.

Why Independence Matters

INDEPENDENT BY DESIGN

As an independent third-party laboratory, our responsibility focuses on maintaining the integrity of the environmental testing and laboratory testing processes, as well as ensuring the accuracy of the information we report.

Our role is to provide objective data related to food safety testing—not a predetermined outcome. We report what the submitted sample, selected method, and resulting data support, while also communicating relevant limitations when they apply.
