Biotrax Testing Laboratory is a family-owned, independently operated third-party laboratory based in Western New York. Since 1997, we have supported organizations that rely on trustworthy laboratory information to make decisions about product safety, quality, sanitation, compliance, and day-to-day operations.

As a small, hands-on laboratory, we combine technical discipline with direct, practical support. Clients work with people who understand our laboratory processes and recognize the responsibility behind every sample.

Biotrax exists to provide dependable laboratory information behind those decisions.

We report what the sample, method, and data support, communicate relevant limitations, and approach each testing request based on the question the client needs answered.

At Biotrax, ownership is part of the daily operation—not separate from it.

The owners work alongside our laboratory and administrative team to support the day-to-day functions that keep samples, testing, communication, and client needs moving forward. This hands-on involvement keeps leadership connected to the work being performed and the people relying on it.

Our close-knit structure also allows clients to build relationships with people who know the laboratory and understand the history behind their testing needs. Questions are handled by team members who are connected to the process rather than treated as separate from it.
